One Stop Consult have been appointed on a repeat basis for a client who is #building a #residential property in #Bedworth.

Our team assisted from an early stage dealing with planning conditions initially consisting of coal mining and potential shallow workings. This can be quite a costly exercise as a whole, however with our dedicated experience and well established team we were able to break this down to enable a cost effective route forward, In conclusion to this and the full site investigation reporting we are now able to finalise our works in line with the #Geotechnical requirements.
