We have been #working hard with our #supplier altering #designs to suit so that we are able to maintain delivery to meet the client requirements.

We have just successfully procured and #sold a #thermal flooring system for 4 large houses. We altered the design from 225mm beams down to 150mm beams, this was for ease when handling material on site during the installation and was also cheaper.

We had to go for the thermal floor as there is a long delay on the block-work. Another positive outcome as the #SAP report will be better and the #EPC overall.
