Completion of Stone Grange: Our team assisted our client for this bespoke one off dwelling from commencement to completion, assisting with services such as Geo-technical site investigation, SAP Calculations, Water Usage Calculations, Building Control, 10 Year Structural Warranty(Latents Defects Insurance), Air Tightness Testing, Ventilation Extract Testing and Energy Performance Certificates.
The project was completed and signed off in a time and cost effective manner, what’s interesting about this scheme is that it was originally designed as a pool house due to it being positioned in a rear garden of a manor house. After planning was granted they put in for a change of use which effectively did not have any detrimental effect on the already approved design, therefore the planning department had no choice than to give this development the green light, what an interesting loop hole!
