This development was introduced to us by a long standing client who we have worked with on many other projects.
This developer has instructed us to assist them with private building control for this project as well as using a range of our design and professional services.
These included the Phase I Desktop study on the site initially, as well as SAP calculations for the build, water usage calculations and the Air Permeability testing for the finished build.
Further to this, we were also able to offer the client our latest 10-year structural warranty product for this build, tying in these services together making the process considerably smoother and taking headaches away from the developers on site.
Description of works include: Demolition Of The Existing Dwelling & Erection Of 1No. Two Storey, 5 Bedroom, Detached Dwelling Including Annexe & Integral Garage.
