Description of Works: The project entails the erection of 8No. new dwellings, which includes:

• Plots 1 – 3 & 4 – 6: Two-storey, two-bedroomed terraced houses.
• Plots 6 & 7: 1.5-storey, two-bedroomed semi-detached dwellings.
