This impressive development, undertaken by Springworth Limited, features a mix of one and two bedroom apartments with studies, ranging from the ground floor to the third floor. The design incorporates both a part conversion and a new build, with solid concrete floors, locally crafted brass fixtures, and marine lighting adding to the overall aesthetic. The zinc-clad kitchens add a unique touch to each apartment. The project took 52 weeks to complete, with the build costs exceeding £1 million. Construction began in November 2016 and was completed in November 2017.
