One Stop Consult was recently approached by one of our regular architects to provide Building Control for a new project. After submitting a quote, we were thrilled to be appointed to carry out the works.

The scope of the project includes a single-storey rear extension to create a new kitchen and bedroom, a partial garage conversion into an en-suite, a first-floor front bedroom extension, and structural internal alterations, including the installation of universal steel beams.
