One Stop Consult have been commissioned to assist a new client for a new build dwelling being built on Higham lane, Nuneaton.

That’s two new builds on the same lane and are different developers!
One Stop Consult is certainly getting some traction 😃

The project consists of the Demolition Of Existing Dwelling & Erection Of 1No. 2.5 Storey, 5 Bedroom, Detached Dwelling.

Our partners have worked proactively to undertake necessary checks in regard to the ground that is being developed.
Part of this work we obtain the full history of the site from available sources and compile a report checking for pollutant linkages, underground gases, flood risk, contamination etc..

We then have geotechnical recommendations as part of this check to enable the construction phase to start.

All we need to sort out now it the warranty but its been a very difficult thing to get in place due to insurers not having capacity to issue new cover.
Roll on April 2021 when I understand our providers are able to offer new terms.

Not sure I will be putting a banner up for this one 😃 two on the same street may be a bit much.
