One Stop Consult is updating their portal system to bring much needed changes to enhance the system, such as new tabs and buttons that simplify the journey for both ourselves and our service providers.
We have been requesting feedback off all our users, to make sure we provide an easy and understandable experience whilst using our system, the journey to getting the portal live has been eventful and now that the portal is in place, the team has had a much easier job of finding and handling quotations.
The system has proved to be very useful and something we needed to move forward with future quotes, with everything in one place it saves time and effort of looking through different mailboxes to even find a quote and all information. We have thought through every step carefully whilst updating and even creating our system, to make sure not only ourselves but our service providers have an easy interaction with the system, from the start of the job to the finish.
