One Stop Consult arranged quotation for private building control via our provider Assent Building Control Nuneaton and appointed them very quickly, this enabled the project to begin and factory visits to take place to see the units being constructed in the factory.

Emergency accommodation pods are set to help house homeless people in Cardiff.

The 19 pods are situated in a car park off Cowbridge Road in Canton near St David’s Hospital.

The flats are needed as Cardiff council has been using hotels as a short term solution to house homeless single people and families.

The two-storey development includes 18 studio flats and one one-bedroom flat.
