One Stop Consult have recently been appointed by a new client for a wide array of services for the Erection Of 1No, Single Storey, Two Bedroom, Detached Bungalow.

The client was eager to get things moving with his project, after contacting One Stop Consult we were able to offer a magnitude of our services and were instructed straight away to do so. Some of these services include Air Permeability Testing, L1A New Build SAP Calculations, Ventilation Testing, Water Usage Calculations, Private Building Control Initial Site Budgeting and Geotechnical Phase 1 Desk Study.

As this is a new project more images will follow in the future, currently the photos include the floor and foundation plans and some building control photos of the foundation.
