One stop consult have been Instructed for a large mix used development in Ashford Kent  which is made up of 3 Six Storey detached residential blocks, featuring underground parking and rooftop terraces forming 143 apartments as well as retail cafe units and some communal areas. We have assisted them with a number of design queries regarding attenuation building regulations advice and fire safety measures that need to be considered, building control has been registered with our provider and work has successfully commenced on site, we will  keep you posted with some photos as they progress with the development well done team.
