One Stop Consult was appointed for several services for this project, which consisted of the Erection of 2No. Two Storey 3 Bedroom Detached Dwellings. Our services included carrying out a Phase 1 Desk Study Report to identify potential environmental hazards, providing Building Control, Building Testing & Compliance Services, and issuing a 10 Year Structural Warranty for the project.

Throughout the 52-week contract period, we worked closely with the contractor A & J Building and Property Services to ensure the project was completed to the highest standard. The build costs for the project were £270k, and construction began in November 2015, with completion achieved in November 2016.
